First working meeting of the leading project partners and participants

September 26-29, 2005 in Jyväskylä,  Finland, the first working meeting of the leading partners and participants of the project «Developing EXcellence-DEX.  Excellence Centres’ network for sustainable development in the Baltic Sea Region» of the Neighborhood Program took place.

The meeting was opened by a welcoming speech of the mayor of Jyväskylä city Mr. Markku Andersson. The program included:

• Visit to the active Center of Excellence - Jyväskylä Regional Development Company Jykes Ltd;

• Participation in the opening ceremony of  St. Petersburg Business Centre in Jyväskylä city;

• Visit to the Regional Council of Central Finland, and other activities, as listed in the program.
